Excerpt from BISC’s Staff Handbook
1. The Teachers on Duty are responsible for the students’ H&S within the time limits and area specified by the current Break-time Duty Timetable.
2. The Teachers on Duty must meet the students at 7.30h and and carry out Registration.
3. The Teachers on Duty must ensure that classrooms are in a fit state and classes begin on time.
4. The Teachers on Duty ensure civil behaviour in classrooms between classes, in the corridors and stairs, the dining room and courtyard.
5. The Teachers on Duty must ensure that corridors are kept litter-free during breaks and classrooms are aired.
6. The Teachers on Duty must prevent damage to school property, record incidents during their duty periods and if necessary, investigate the incidents and enforce the recovery of damages to school property.
